How does the coffee subscription work?
Our coffee subscription delivers freshly roasted coffee directly to your door. Choose from the Single Origin Rotation, Artisan Blend Rotation, or Favorite on Repeat boxes. Each month, you’ll receive two 12oz bags of coffee (~70 cups), freshly roasted and shipped the same day for peak flavor.
What are the benefits of subscribing?
As an active subscriber, you’ll enjoy free expedited shipping, priority roasting for same-day freshness, exclusive discounts, access to flash sales, and complete flexibility to pause, cancel, or edit your subscription at any time. Plus, you’ll save compared to purchasing the same coffee individually, making your subscription both convenient and cost-effective.
Can I choose the type of coffee I receive?
Absolutely! Select from our Single Origin Rotation for rare single origin coffees, our Artisan Blend Rotation for expertly handcrafted blends, or the Favorite on Repeat box to receive your two favorite coffees every month.
How often will I receive my coffee deliveries?
Subscriptions are delivered monthly. Each shipment includes two 12-ounce bags of freshly roasted coffee (~70 cups).
Is shipping included with my subscription?
Yes! All subscribers enjoy free expedited shipping on both subscription and non-subscription orders. For non-subscription purchases, you’ll receive a personal discount code to apply at checkout. This code remains active for as long as your subscription is active.
How do I log into my account?
Logging into your account is super easy! Just follow these 5 easy steps:

- From there, you can select your specific subscription and make any necessary adjustments with ease.
Can I adjust, pause, or cancel my coffee subscription?
Absolutely! We understand that preferences and circumstances can change. Whether you want to tweak the frequency of your deliveries, experiment with different brewing methods, switch between whole beans and ground coffee, or update your payment details, or cancel all together, managing your subscription is hassle-free.
